Duties/Responsibilities:

A self-motivated Key Account Manager, who creates and grows Key Accounts in Greece, mostly in Athens, by developing and implementing company’s strategic plans.

More Specifically He/She:

• Supports and nurtures a network of organizations/personnel and decision makers of key accounts in building service contractors.
• Identifies market trends and translates them into business opportunities.
• Prioritizes own accounts and defines business opportunities and customer needs.
• Provides the most recent information, related to company’s products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure their appropriate use, getting the most out of the business potential.
• Holds an open communication channel with opinion leaders on market developments, customer experiences, competition, and new products.
• Creates and executes development plans.
• Feels responsible for the targeting and segmentation of different markets.
• Offers input regarding analysis of data and sales reports.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemical Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of Customer Relations Management experience, in a field sale position.
• Demonstrates a track record of own sales in the automotive or logistics industries.
• Customer centricity.
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken. German Language will be an additional advantage.
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office, G-Suite, experience in a CRM system).
• Strategic overview and a can-do mentality.
• Good understanding on how Automotive and Transport works.
• Ambition to maximize the market share of the product portfolio.
• Collaboration, effective communication with strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiations skills
